 To rid yourself of an old habit that is no longer serving you replace it with a new and improved habit by:

  • Reflecting on your daily duties/task at home, work, and leisure.
  • Contemplate how you can improve what you do.
  • For the next 29 days practice those improving actions.
  • On day 30 pat yourself on the back for becoming a better you!
