To rid yourself of an old habit that is no longer serving you replace it with a new and improved habit by:
- Reflecting on your daily duties/task at home, work, and leisure.
- Contemplate how you can improve what you do.
- For the next 29 days practice those improving actions.
- On day 30 pat yourself on the back for becoming a better you!
